Terence and home and recovering now. Might need to talk him into doig Wii Fit instead of cycling, much safer. After yesterdays football match I decided to prove I could do it better, and did a spot of Football Manager tonight. Went with the outlandish idea of playing midfielders in midfield, with good results. The goodies might want to follow my idea. Got two good Wii Fit age tests, so my Wii Fit age came out at 20. To hit the target.
Today's Step Plus was almost perfect again, one or two (or three) mistimings. After listening to a wee bit of Graham Coxon on the way home I thought it only made sense to listen to some Mission of Burma during tonight's jogging. Their album Signals, Calls, and Marches scored a new high score of 398%. Today's exercise is the Sun Salutation yoga pose, which is more of an exercise in memory than balance. I think it's arms up, then back, then on your toes, then in a crouched chair position. It is made more difficult by singing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes during it.
