Today's Wii Fit was done alot earlier that usual because I was going out to a formal works night out. Had a race against the clock to get Wii Fit done, get ready and get out in time. My Wii Fit age came out as 20 again. I tried so hard.
I got a new highscore in the Step Plus today, followed by a third highest score in the jogging whilst listening to Linkin Park (Hybrid Theory), scoring 299%. Today's exercise is the Palm Tree, a yoga pose where you need to stand on your toes, mov your arms back, and keep your centre of balance steady. Now time for the works night out...
