Kung Hei Fat Choi. Happy Chinese New Year. We had a lovely Chinese dinner, complete with fortune cookies. Still recovering from previously getting a fortuneless fortune cookie. My Wii Fit age came out as 20 again. I ain't happy, I'm feeling glad.
Today's workout was overly warm again, but this time I found out why. Apparently my heater likes to turn itself up. Either that or it's that Mister Duck. More jogging, more music, went for the Chinese Monkey album, which unsuprisingly didn't do too well (too many different styles of music to get a good jogging ryhtm), 267%. Today's exercise is the Step Plus, much like Step Basics, but with new moves and longer duration. Welcome to the year of the Ox.
