Jackknife Challenge

Day 022 - 16 January 2009


Happy birthday to Shahzad today. I got all the way to work today before I remembered to check to see how my foot was, a good sign that my foot was recovered. Finally managed to get my Wii Fit age back to 20. Yabba-dabba do!

The warmup step went well, set a new personal record for that. I set new records for all sorts of things, and it was good to be able to do the press ups / side planks and lunges again. Today's exercise is the Jackknife Chalenge, where Wee Jimmy makes you do 10 jackknives on the first day, 20 on the second, then 30, 40, 50, and 100 every day there after. The Jackknife Challenge has been used alot recently as it works the abs, but is very non foot intensive.
